Ramesh Krishnan is the Founder and Managing Director, United Consultancy Services (UCS)

Established on August 16th, 1992. With over three decades of experience, Ramesh is driven by the belief that business battles are best fought the right way—with integrity and adherence to what is just and fair. His work is motivated by the conviction that true compliance can and should prevail, even in a world where shortcuts are often tempting.

Under his leadership, UCS has grown from a modest beginning into a leading consultancy in Labor Law Compliance. It was the first company to introduce labor law outsourcing services in India for MNCs and Fortune 500 companies, while also conducting contractor compliance audits and strictly following FCPRA guidelines.
